Reporting a wrong price or figure
This is the most useful message you can send, and the one we act on fastest. If you can, include:
- The dish, ideally with its menu code — the number printed beside it, like 71 for chicken katsu curry. Codes are unambiguous where dish names are not.
- What you were charged, and what this site says.
- Which restaurant, and roughly when. Airport, station and some city-centre branches price above the national menu, and that is usually the explanation.
- How you ordered — eating in, takeaway, or through a delivery app. Every price here is the national dine-in price, and delivery platforms apply their own.
A photograph of the menu or the receipt settles it immediately, but it is not required.

If you own rights in material used on this site and want it removed, email the address above and say what the material is and where it appears. We will act promptly. The reasoning behind what is used and why is set out in the disclaimer.
What to take to Wagamama instead
This is an independent site with no connection to Wagamama, so there are things we genuinely cannot help with. These need the restaurant or the company:

On allergies in particular: please do not email us to ask whether a dish is safe. We publish a copy of published allergen information and it can be out of date the moment a recipe changes. Wagamama's own guidance is to tell a member of the restaurant team before ordering, on every visit, and that advice beats anything we could tell you.
